As a Four Hands partner, you can shop their entire collection through us, in addition to the curated pieces we offer at Heart State Realty. The Owners
Heart State Living was created by two best friends who share a love for community, design, and creating spaces where people truly feel at home.
Jennifer Snow Marshall first built Heart State Realty into one of the top brokerages in Southwestern Ohio. Known for her strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to her clients. Jenny has not only helped countless families find their perfect home but has also built a team of talented agents who share her values. Together, they’ve created a brokerage rooted in trust, dedication, and exceptional service.
Angela Williams Gebhardt is not only a Realtor with Heart State Realty but also brings a dynamic and diverse background to everything she does. From serving in the Army and working in television news to leading charitable events and community initiatives, Angela’s experiences have shaped her into a strong leader with a heart for people. Her creativity, vision, and passion for helping others infuse every project she takes on, making her a driving force behind Heart State Living.
Together, they launched Heart State Living, a boutique furniture store, gathering space, and cozy bar designed to blend style, comfort, and community. Their mission is simple: to help people feel at home—whether that’s through real estate, design, or memorable experiences.

At this time, we offer in-store pickup only. As Heart State Living continues to grow, we plan to add shipping as a future service. For non-furniture items, in store pick ups can take up to two hours to prepare.
For custom orders from the Four Hands collection, you do have the option to have your pieces shipped directly to your home for added convenience.
