Our event space is the perfect setting for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, and other private gatherings.
Available to rent any day of the week (subject to availability)
Accommodates up to 35 guests
Rental includes 2 hours for your event
Includes an additional 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes afterward for cleanup
Space Details
Private Event Rental: $400 per event
Your rental includes:
2-hour private event
30 minutes for setup
30 minutes for cleanup
Food, alcohol, decorations, and any additional services are welcome but not included unless otherwise specified.
Price
To help ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines:
Guests are welcome to bring their own food or have their event professionally catered.
Your rental includes access to the private event space only. While guests are welcome to browse the retail store, any damage to merchandise, furniture, fixtures, or other store property during the event will be the responsibility of the renter.
Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Alcohol may be purchased through Heart State Living for an additional cost and must be provided by our store in accordance with our liquor license.
Alcohol cannot be served on Sundays due to state licensing regulations.
The event space must be cleaned and returned to the condition it was in upon arrival before the end of your rental period. This includes disposing of trash, removing personal belongings and decorations, and leaving tables, chairs, and other furnishings as they were originally arranged.
