A Seventies-era style inspired by a flea market find, a dramatically tufted sling seat of black top-grain leather angles at the just-right pitch for total comfort, with wide, brown ash framing. Sourced from one of the oldest family-owned tanneries in Italy's Bassano del Grappa, heirloom leather is salvaged and processed from upcycled hides featuring an abundance of natural markings, scars and color variations. The result? Beautifully supple, buttery soft hides with an unmatched depth of color and richness, and an authentic lived-in look.

The Owners

Heart State Living was created by two best friends who share a love for community, design, and creating spaces where people truly feel at home.

Jennifer Snow Marshall first built Heart State Realty into one of the top brokerages in Southwestern Ohio. Known for her strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to her clients. Jenny has not only helped countless families find their perfect home but has also built a team of talented agents who share her values. Together, they’ve created a brokerage rooted in trust, dedication, and exceptional service.

Angela Williams Gebhardt is not only a Realtor with Heart State Realty but also brings a dynamic and diverse background to everything she does. From serving in the Army and working in television news to leading charitable events and community initiatives, Angela’s experiences have shaped her into a strong leader with a heart for people. Her creativity, vision, and passion for helping others infuse every project she takes on, making her a driving force behind Heart State Living.

Together, they launched Heart State Living, a boutique furniture store, gathering space, and cozy bar designed to blend style, comfort, and community. Their mission is simple: to help people feel at home—whether that’s through real estate, design, or memorable experiences.
